Schawk buys digital marketing agency Untitled London

Global pre-press company Schawk has acquired the 700,000-turnover boutique digital marketing agency Untitled London for an undisclosed amount.

The deal will enhance the US-based group's digital marketing capability across web, mobile and social media and heralds its expansion into new channels beyond its specialist packaging background.

President and chief executive David Schawk said the deal would allow the group to offer a broader array of digital marketing services to its clients. "On a broader level, this acquisition reflects our continued commitment to strategically enhance our brand point management capabilities," he added.

Matt Bennett, vice president of growth strategies at Schawk, said: "We are building on Schawk's heritage of quality-driven execution and passion for creative excellence to bring a more powerful digital marketing capability to our clients in Europe and abroad."

East London-based Untitled London provides strategic, creative and technical services for digital marketing and counts HP, Sky and The Sun among its clients.

Rob Hollands, managing director of Untitled London, said: "Schawk presented our agency with an opportunity to extend our creative reach across its extensive client base. Enhancing and expanding the offering that Schawk provides to an enormous wealth of brands means that we have an established platform to grow our business globally."
