Eizo is a manufacturer of tabletop video arcade machines in Japan and has picked top companies on its list. This includes: The Times of India, Hindustan Times, HT Burda, Indian Express, HCL, Dainik Bhaskar, Dainik Jagran, RR Donnelley among others.
S S Saini, vice-president, sales, support and development at RSG Solutions, said: "Most of these monitors cover almost 98% of Adobe RGB and 100% of sRGB gamut and provides accurate colour reproduction, gradation characteristics along with wide colour gamut. It is ideal for pre-press, photography, graphic design, post-production and broadcasting."
Eizo CG series monitors have brightness and colour uniformity which ensures a delta E of three or less. It is equipped with 16 bit internal processing colour edge and 3D LUT which improves the monitor’s colour mixture to display neutral gray tones.
The firm is accredited with Fogra Graphic Technology Research Association (FOGRA) pre-certification for soft proofing and expects to be the first company to introduce the concept of computer hardware calibration.
Recently RSG Solutions has installed accurate colour management process with Eizo CG245 monitor, EFI ColorProof XF and EFI Production Premium 1144 Proofing Paper at Sahaya Print Services, Mumbai.
Nitesh V Mahendrakar, assistant manager, pre-sales, RSG, said: "The idea is to print accurate colour in accordance to ISO Standards. Today, this is a pre-requisite in the Indian industry."
