Office Tiger provides document outsourcing services and has its headquarters in New York, with sales offices in locations including London, India and Sri Lanka.
"Having been a customer of OfficeTiger's for several years, we are pleased to announce this acquisition as the next logical step in building our global outsourcing business," said RR Donnelley chief executive Mark Angelson.
The purchase of OfficeTiger follows RR Donnelley's acquisition of print management company Astron last June for 520m.
OfficeTiger covers markets that include financial services, publishing and healthcare.
"This is a good fit and a compelling strategic opportunity for both companies," added OfficeTiger co-chief executive Randolf Altschuler.
