Nicola Stephens joined Colchester-based Rose in 2000 as a trainee in the pre-press department and has risen to manage the entire department.

She was honoured at the annual INCA Awards earlier this year, recognising her as an individual in the calendar industry that has gone the extra mile to deliver outstanding performance and customer service.

Managing director Michael Rose said: “Nicola’s hard work and dedication has clearly paid off. She is a valued member of the management team and has improved the level of service given to our customers.”

Rose Calendars has traded since 1908, with Michael Rose the fourth generation of his family to head the company.
