The device can handle a maximum sheet size of 1,600x2,500mm and substrates up to 200kg in weight and 150mm in height.
Print speeds range from 12.4sqm/hr in high speed mode to 5.5sqm/hr in standard mode and 4.1sqm/hr in high quality mode; maximum print resolution is 1,440x1,440dpi.
The printer uses Roland DG's Eco-UV ink and is available in three different ink configurations: CMYK, White and Clear; CMYK and double White; or CMYK and double Clear. The clear ink can be used to produce a range of 3D, doming or embossing effects in gloss and matt finishes.
The list price for the machine is £74,999 while 220cc Eco-UV ink cartridges cost £54.99 each.

The VersaUV LEJ-640F can print on both rigid and flexible media, including PVC, polyurethane, polystyrene, polypropylene, cardboard, aluminium panels, fluted and corrugated boards and acrylics as well as polycarbonate, PET, polyethylene, dibond and foamex.
It comes with Roland's VersaWorks RIP and one year on-site full parts and labour RolandCare warranty and Roland OnSupport for unattended monitoring of the printer.
