The firm has integrated three group firms A&P Display, Cox Plastics and Paragon Imaging Materials under the name Robert Horne Sign & Display.
The division will also incorporate wide-format equipment and consumables wing Digital Solutions, which was set up in August this year, and forms part of an initiative unveiled by parent PaperlinX at Fespa in June this year.
As a single operation Robert Horne Sign & Display has a market share of 20%, considerably larger than its nearest rival Spandex, according to the firm.
Sign & Display divisional director David Allen (pictured) will head up the single division's 130-strong team.
He said the company had been formed due to the changing face of the UK market with demand for digital products increasing significantly.
It will form a platform for future growth, which Allen said would include new products, such as LED lighting systems and a VersaMark flexible exhibition graphics system.
"What we aim to be is a one-stop shop but with knowledge behind us," Allen said.
