The joint initiative is designed to continue the support both organisations offered their respective customers and members through the pandemic and raise the profile of Ricoh’s Edge platform, which offers bespoke consultancy services, whitepapers, video case-studies and a raft of other resources.
“We launched the Edge programme globally last year with the aim of collaborating with print service providers on their strategy for growth and success,” said Mark Hinder, manager business development, Commercial Printing Group, Ricoh Europe.
“I am pleased that a number of British printers decided to get on board and are already seeing positive results.”
To be eligible to enter the competition, which is open to all BPIF member companies, print business owners need to complete a five-minute survey and then submit a few sentences on why they think their business should win one of the three Ricoh Discovery Sessions that are up for grabs.
The entry deadline is 14 June. Each of the three sessions is worth £3,000.
In addition to having a chance of winning a free consultancy, survey respondents will also get an opportunity to discuss the survey results to gain valuable free insight into how their business is performing.
“The Edge approach focuses on how print businesses can create new value through sustainable business models teaching them the key principles of modern marketing as well,” said Hinder.
“We are thrilled to collaborate with the BPIF to offer three printers an initial business health check they may need to kick start their transformation journey.”
