Husband and wife Robert and Mandy Headspeath, former directors of Advanced Signs in Galashiels, were disqualified from acting as directors after failing to keep adequate records prior to its liquidation in 2020... The unnamed “strategic buyer” that made an unsolicited non-binding bid to acquire RR Donnelley for $11.50 (£8.48) per share in cash withdrew its offer... Historic North East print firm Edwardthompson announced it would cease manufacturing at the end of March with the loss of around 50 jobs... Communisis completed a £14m investment in six new HP PageWide T240HDs and Hunkeler inline finishing equipment... Eclipse managing director Simon Moore stepped down from day-to-day activities five years after he sold his Eclipse businesses to GI Solutions, now Go Inspire Group...
