Response Analysis Mailing closes doors

Response Analysis Mailing (RAM) has closed its doors, making all of its 40 employees redundant.

Glyn Mummery, of Vantis Redhead French, was appointed as administrator for the north London-based mailing house on 25 November – the same day the plant was closed.

Although it has ceased trading, Leigh Lang, an administrator with Vantis, told PrintWeek that the administrator was actively seeking a buyer for the company as a going concern.

Vantis is also talking to potential purchasers of the £3.6m-turnover company's various assets, should a buyer not be found.

RAM offered a number of services including data processing, telemarketing, volume mailing, laser printing and data capture. It dealt with a number of blue-chip companies and publications.
