Glyn Mummery, of Vantis Redhead French, was appointed as administrator for the north London-based mailing house on 25 November – the same day the plant was closed.
Although it has ceased trading, Leigh Lang, an administrator with Vantis, told PrintWeek that the administrator was actively seeking a buyer for the company as a going concern.
Vantis is also talking to potential purchasers of the £3.6m-turnover company's various assets, should a buyer not be found.
RAM offered a number of services including data processing, telemarketing, volume mailing, laser printing and data capture. It dealt with a number of blue-chip companies and publications.
