The German company, which celebrated its 100-year anniversary at the show and launched what it claimed to be the fastest wire binder in the world, said that it had made more than €2m in sales at the show.
Based on previous shows Renz’s sales multiply by around two and a half times – which would see it reaping more than €5m.
The new Inline 750, which was on display at the event, can bind around 4,000 items per hour.
Renz also announced it will be launching further new flexible and effective high end professional and desktop solutions for small to medium print runs in the fourth quarter of 2008.
Renz expects Drupa to fire up 4m in binder sales
Binder manufacturer Renz has said its post-Drupa sales would approach 4m after its binder launch.
