The ALI gave BPIF Training a score of three (satisfactory), a big improvement from its score of five 18 months ago, which is the lowest given.
BPIF head of training Ruth Exelby said: We have worked very hard over the last year putting new systems and quality assurance procedures in place. Its very significant.
Exelby added that BPIF Trainings next assessment would be in three years, and that she hoped it would again receive an improved score.
BPIF Training recently received ISO 9001:2000 accreditation for its quality procedures.
