Bemrose will officially unveil its new corporate identity later this month.
The first hint of the rebranding as BemroseBooth can be seen on the firms calendar and diaries, which carry the new logo.
The 60m-turnover group was formed by an MBO from the former Bemrose Corporation (now 4imprint) in the summer of 2000. Its main operations are the Derby-based Bemrose security and promotional printing businesses and Hull-based ticketing and label specialist Henry Booth, which holds the contract for UK rail tickets.
"A lot of people just didnt associate the two parts of the business," explained group business development director Andy Blundell. "The new identity will be officially launched later this month, but we couldnt put our diary and calendars out with the old ID."
