Manish Maroo, director, said: "We opted for Konica Minolta because of its speed, near to offset printing quality, affordable price and printed sheets don’t shine."
Maroo along with Vijay Maroo, who is also the director, manage the fifteen years old private limited company.
Running alongside the KM C6501 are the Xerox DC 12 and wide-format printers HP 5500PS and Epson 9000.
The company, which entered into the digital area in 2003 has a total print run of more than 10,000 sheets per month in the 12x18 inch size of which 8,000 is printed on the new machine while the rest is printed on the six-year old Xerox machine.
Express Vision’s clientele includes most of the offset printers from the region, walk in customers, retail showrooms, local malls, multiplexes, Vodafone and Reliance. "We have printed more than 50,000 sheets on the newly commissioned Konica Minolta," said Maroo.
The digital printing facility operates on a 500 sq/ft site and employs six operator including three designers.
Ranchi-based Express Vision strengthens its digital operation
Express Vision, sister company of Ranchi Prakashan, the producer of Hindi broadsheet daily Ranchi Express has strengthened its digital printing facility by installing KMC6501. The digital press was supplied by HCL Infosystems.
