Quickcut UK has a new chief executive, Joe Jarrett, previously the sales and operations manager, after it was announced that the chairman Grant Blanchard would relocate to the companys office in California later this month.
Jarrett said that he planned to increase the number of titles accepting files using the software from the current number of 600.
Weve got some interesting initiatives for the New Year. Our core business is publishing, but we intend to expand that to include TV, radio and the entertainment industries, said Jarrett.
Meanwhile Quickcut Australia has merged with Quickcut NA, the US-based company that is the licensee for Quickcut technology in the USA, UK, Germany, Singapore and Hong Kong.
