The former president and chief executive of newsprint manufacturer Donohue will oversee the development of all Quebecor Worlds operations in Europe and Latin America.
Quebecor Worlds third-quarter revenues dipped by just under 1% compared to the same period last year to 1.04bn ($1.62bn). Net income rose 39% to 63.2m, although last years figure included a write-down of goodwill of 10.3m.
The group has nearly completed the restructuring programme it announced last year, which included the closure of seven plants and a 6% reduction in staff.
