The Leed-based firm was running commercial work just one day after the direct to substrate UV-cured machine was delivered last month.
It plumped for the Vutek for its quality, which was needed to meet the demands of its point of sale customers.
"We've fallen in love with it and the clients we have shown are in agreement," said director Damian Quarmby.
Later this year, as part of its investment of more than 250,000, Quarmby will install a Zund XL 3000 cutting table which will enable it to trim, cut out complex shapes, fold and crease work. It has also added additional factory space taking it to 700sqm.
The firm plans to add a second UV-cured flatbed printer before the end of the year.
