At the exhibition the company is showcasing: a single clamp perfect binding machine, running at a production speed of 500 books per hour; a specialist folding machine for book work with flat and round pile feeders applications; a Maestro from Horizon having job memory catering to commercial and pharmaceutical literature folding; a computer controlled automatic folding machine with a mobile knife unit; a combination of collator and stitching machine which makes it a booklet maker too, that works both with sheets and folded signatures;a binding machine with hot melt glue; a paper folding machine suitable for commercial and digital printers and also corporate companies; an automatic computer controlled paper cutting machine, among others.
Kamal Vyas, general manager at Proteck says: "At PrintPack we have a comprehensive range of product offerings which will prove ideal for the "Print on Demand" section."
Besides the above product Protect is a sales and service supplier for Mitsubishi sheetfed presses and Screen CTP platesetters in India. According to Vyas, "Proteck boosted the graphic art industry when it partnered with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in 1998." In April 2010,with the creation of MHII-PPD, Mitsubishi is better positioned to fully support Indian printers in day-to-day operations as well as in long-term planning.

Proteck to display its post-press strength at PrintPack 2011
Proteck Machinery will display a raft of machines at PrintPack 2011 at Hall No 1, Stall No. 35-48. The machines will cater to the finishing requirements in the print industry.
