Prontaprints 210 franchises are all upgrading to the latest version of PrintCafes PrintSmith MIS, which is aimed specifically at the quickprint market.
On Demand Communications, the firm that handles IT for Prontaprint, has signed an agreement to upgrade to version 6.2 of the software.
"The Prontaprint centres have had a terrific experience with PrintSmith and are anticipating continued benefits from the new system," said On Demand Communications systems support executive Michelle Casey.
Features included in version 6.2 are improved stock management, the ability to change pricing methods and a euro conversion facility.
It also includes integration with PrintCafes e-commerce capabilities.
