Preprint Imaging is a Leeds-based repro and design firm.
It will use Prolatus MarkUp technology to allow customers annotations on hard copy proofs at a remote site to be viewed and acted on at its own site.
"Our users are happier annotating on a hard copy," said managing director Peter Wilson.
"Some of our customers and printers are quite a distance from us. This is more effective than driving up and down the motorway. Other remote proofing systems involved scrolling around on-screen."
Prolatus is looking for more UK early adopters and is putting together a dealer network (PrintWeek, 1 February).
