The B2 company has invested in a DigiFold 5000P combined creaser/folder, which will handle work produced on the company's three HP Indigo Seven digital presses.
According to ProCo, the DigiFold machine is much faster than its predecessor and was added after the company won a new contract that will require creasing and folding a digital print run of up to 40,000 each week.
Managing director Mark Schofield said: "Our conventional finishing equipment couldn't provide the quality we needed on digital."
The DigiFold has an added bonus because it can also take on litho work, relieving pressure on the company's other finishing equipment.
ProCo employs 95 staff. It offers printing and finishing services, alongside direct mail, fulfilment and despatch.
