The three-year-old company recently doubled its staff to six and installed a Duplo DC-445 creaser, Ideal 4850 guillotine and Duplo DBM-120T bookletmaker with fore-edge trimmer.
Managing director Adam Chetter said: "We started out three years ago with a basic Xerox printer and some small manual finishing kit.
"As our workload increased we just weren’t able to keep up and quality was suffering. It got to the point where we were turning jobs away and a company like ours can’t afford to do that."
Since the move to the new premises and equipment upgrade the company has witnessed a surge in productivity.
Chetter added: "Just last week we had a job come in on Friday afternoon – 300 A4 booklets.
"Before, this would have meant we’d have to stay after hours but thanks to the Duplo bookletmaker we got it all finished and out the door by 5 o clock. I’m pleased, my staff are happy and the customer is delighted."
