PrintCafe has launched its Printer Success Programme, a set of marketing tools to help printers using its e-commerce systems promote the benefits to their customers.
"The goal is to support customers by helping them to communicate the value of their e-commerce systems as a way to differentiate their businesses," said PrintCafe market development representative Roger Yost.
The firm has a team of people developing training and marketing materials, which include customisable printed literature.
The first UK user of the programme is likely to be Norscreen, which launched its PrintCafe-based website at the Instore Marketing show last week.
PrintCafe has also started testing PrintSmith Site, an online print ordering system designed for the on-demand and quickprint market. It expects PrintSmith Site to be available in the UK by the end of the year.
