More than 60% of merchants surveyed in the Direct Marketing Association’s 2008 State of the Catalogue Industry report said that catalogues were still their primary sales channel, and the largest revenue generator among all channels with an average of nearly 50% of sales.
Respondents included multi-channel companies, including catalogue, retail and internet merchants.
