Managing director Steve Brundle said consolidation of costs was the main factor behind the move, as the firm will go from three buildings in Watford to two in Northampton.
Brundle said that all equipment would be transferred, and that "almost all" of the companys 200 Watford-based staff had taken up the option to transfer to Northampton.
The Watford buildings of The Print Factory are all leased and Brundle said he hoped the move would be complete by 17 May.
Spectrum Flair was bought by The Print Factory in March. It went into administrative receivership after its directors were unable to secure a refinancing deal (PrintWeek, 25 January).
The Print Factory had been looking for additional capacity and an opportunity to get into the web market. The Print Factory is to move from Watford and combine operations with Northamptons Spectrum Flair, the firm it bought last month (PrintWeek, 1 March).
