Hilton Hotels has renewed and extended its three-year contract with Watford-based print and facilities management group The Print Factory, in a deal worth 9m over the term.
"We have supplied Hilton Hotels with all their generic print items for a number of years and were delighted they chose to expand the contract," said Print Factory marketing and new business manager Anne Corbishley.
The contract has been expanded to cover not only the UK but also the European and worldwide markets.
There is also an option to extend it for a further two years.
The services provided by The Print Factory have also been extended from print and finishing to cover storage, warehousing, delivery, direct mailing and fulfilment.
The Print Factory currently produces menus, posters, business cards and promotional campaign literature for Hilton Hotels.
A dedicated team is in place at Print Factory to handle the account. The firm recently completed a 4m investment in two new Heidelberg CD102 6LX presses and a Fuji Luxel P-9600 CTP system (PrintWeek, 2 November).
