PressXchange.com, the website for advertising used printing machinery, has developed a system to search and update dealers own websites.
Chief executive John Roadnight said: "Providing dealers keep their own site or the information on our site up to date, the system updates itself. They can have a secure area away from our site, but with the same search facilities."
The company, which started in December, is half-way towards its breakeven target of 400,000, and should reach it by August.
The site has over 3,000 registered users and over 60 dealerships advertising online including Sondhi Kellar, White Horse Machinery and Printing & Graphic Machinery.
"The web is ideally suited to act as an international bulletin board," said Roadnight.
