Under the terms of the contract, Weekend magazine will be printed at the company's web offset plants, Polestar Petty and Polestar Colchester.
The Mail on Sunday supplements Live and You will be printed gravure at Polestar Sheffield, which will also carry out the polybagging of the Sunday supplements.
Polestar chief executive Barry Hibbert said he was delighted to extend the partnership.
He said: "For the past five years, we have been printing more than 7m magazines each week for Associated Newspapers.
"It is this reliability of performance and our ability to meet their changing needs and requirements that have undoubtedly contributed to our success in renewing our contract."
The original contract between Polestar and Associated Newspapers began in June 2005.
Last month, Polestar was also awarded The National Magazine Company's annual direct mail campaign for 2010, and it is also among successful companies named on the Central Office of Information's print framework for commercial web printers.
