The A6 books used more than 2,000 tonnes of paper for production and were onserted into Associated's Mail On Sunday and distributed over a period of weeks.
Account director Jeff White said: "Polestar Chromoworks is a very reliable commercial web offset facility within the group and its services are often called upon to support the larger gravure and offset manufacturing plants when speciality high-quality covers and products are demanded."
Polestar renewed its contract with the publisher to print its weekend supplements for five years last month. The company said it prints more than 7m magazines for Associated every week.

Polestar Chromoworks has printed more than 20m puzzle books for Harmsworth Quays Printing, as part of a five-year contract secured with Associated Newspapers.
