Work began on the TV listings and main magazine over the weekend on one of its Cerutti gravure presses. The print run was undisclosed.
"We are all highly delighted about starting production of the supplement at Sheffield," said Polestar sales and marketing director James Povey.
Production on the Telegraph Saturday supplement was previously with German print firm Gruner + Jahr. Polestar won the contract to print for the Telegraph Group at the end of 2004.
Polestar's Greaves site began printing the Sunday Telegraph Magazine in May.
Last month Polestar Sheffield commissioned its third Cerutti press, bringing capacity at the plant to up to 1.4bn pages per week.
