The kit wraps Express Newspapers magazines and Telegraph supplements, has 10 feeding stations, a CD applicator and can handle around 18,000 products an hour.
"Buhrs offered the flexibility, reliability and robustness we wanted," said Greaves managing director Andy Reynoldson (pictured) of the kit for wrapping magazines in paper or film.
"High-quality supplements require high-quality performance and we are confident this technology will deliver," added Reynoldson.
"The Buhrs 4000 combined high speed with versatility to manage a range of formats and sizes from thick to thin products, with few or many in- or onserts," said Dick Verheij, managing director of Buhrs Zaandam.
The machine will run alongside Sitma gear in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, and was chosen after Polestar Greaves looked at kit at sister firms installations, said Reynoldson.
