Cbeebies Weekly, fortnightly title Dr Who Adventures and monthly title Amy will all be printed at Colchester with respective run lengths of 200,000, 135,000 and 115,000 copies.
Cbeebies is a 24pp magazine with oversize cover while Dr Who and Amy are both 32pp. Dr Who also features a hotfoil blocked cover.
Colchester currently prints seven other children's and pre-teen magazines for the BBC including Bob the Builder, Teletubbies and Big Cook Little Cook.
"Polestar Colchester was an easy choice for us," said BBC procurement and deputy production director David Halford.
"We have always received a good service from them and continue to be impressed by their more-than-capable team," he said.
The BBC is expected to announce the results of its major magazine review over the next week.
More than 40 magazine titles are involved, produced by suppliers including New Jarrold Printing, Southernprint and St Ives.
Last month the BBC confirmed its plans to move all of its repro in house in a move designed to save over 500,000 by 2009.
