The new line will be installed by mid-July and will include a four-station Ferag UniDrum, a trimming drum and a six-station inserting drum. It can handle A4 and tabloid-sized products and can saddle stitch, insert and apply glue cards at up to 30,000cph.
Polestar also ordered Segbert stackers and palletisers and Affeldt shrinkwrappers, which will be supplied by WRH Marketing UK.
