The 1,858sqm site in Redhill, Surrey, will showcase the company's hardware and software equipment within a working facility.
It will also function as a fully-equipped training facility for Pitney Bowes’ European service team, as well as a demonstration site for customers throughout Europe.
Technology at the site includes the Pitney Bowes MPS inserter, the entire range of Pitney Bowes DPS direct mail inserters and the latest Horizon and Spedo Graphic Arts equipment lines.
Gareth Stoten, UK and Ireland general manager at Pitney Bowes, said: "This investment signals our intent and ambition within the print and mail arena.
"We are seeing significant demand for our solutions as they address the current need to drive down the cost per mail piece through productivity improvements and postal optimisation, and to retain and win new customers through more effective communication.
"This very much plays to our strengths and will be a key focus for the new facility. Above all, the new facility reflects our confidence in the future of print and mail and our commitment to ensuring that our dedicated service team remains the best in the business."
