Pitney Bowes mourns death of employee

Pitney Bowes has been inundated with emails of condolence, following the recent death of employee Hari Karki.

Karki, 49, was a technical sales support manager for the finishing equipment manufacturer. He had worked with the company for the last ten years.

Pitney Bowes described Karki, a husband and father of two, as a well-known and respected industry figure, particularly in the mail and messaging field.

Colleague Hina Brahmbhatt said: "I have received emails from all over the world remembering Hari. People simply loved his passion and his warmth and he will be sorely missed."

Karki worked at the company's Harlow headquarters for the last two years, following a spell at the company’s Friedberg site in Germany.
