"I am extremely pleased to have found a site so close to our current address eliminating any relocation issues for staff," said Pira managing director Mike Hancock in a statement.
"Our prime objective now is to achieve a move with the minimum disruption to the business and most importantly to our customers."
The logistics of the move will take place over the next six-months. Pira will occupy the new 18-acre site with ERA Technology. The Cleeve Road location will allow housing for all of Pira's current activities as well as offering potential for expansion.
Ciba Speciality Chemicals bought Pira International earlier this year for an undisclosed sum.
