PIMS, the direct marketing and digital printing specialist, has bought Canada-based CCN Newswire and Matthews Media Services in a 6m deal.
PIMS chairman Julian Henchley said the acquisition would expand its digital printing communications business, providing annual reports worldwide.
PIMS has also bought North London-based The Book Factory.
