Leatherhead-based P3 forms part of the US-based Gould Paper Corporation. The installation means the whole of Gould Paper, both in the US and its UK subsidiaries, is now using the system.
The paper management software will process a turnover of 50m on the publishing side for P3.
Perfected Solutions founder Brian Whittaker said the last piece in the Gould Paper jigsaw had now been completed, enabling all its companies and suppliers to communicate via the same system.
P3 managing director Alan Badcock said PPM had the ability to develop with the company, and handle all its relevant paper stock information.
"PPM has 25 years of solid development within it. There cannot be much that can happen that it can't respond to," said Whittaker.
One further development is the translation of the software into French, a process that is currently going through acceptance trails.
An adaptable software for the management and control of paper stocks, PPM enables publishers to monitor both current and future paper expenditure.
Both UK magazine publishers and paper suppliers have used PPM extensively over the past 20 years.
One of the first users in the UK was PrintWeek publisher Haymarket Publishing, while recent adopters include Future Publishing.
