Gwent-based Pensord decided to buy the machine after it increased print capacity last year with a Speedmaster XL 105-8-P.
The firm already had two TH 82s on site, with the new machine an addition to its capacity rather than a replacement.
Each machine will handle a specific size – eight, 16 or 32pp sections. Operations director Karl Gater said that having a folder for each size cuts down on the need for frequent job size changes.
He added: "Adding another Stahlfolder gives us further consistency and compatibility."
The machine will be installed at the end of the month. It runs at 50,000 cycles per hour and can handle sheets of 140x180mm up to 660x1040mm.
