"This centre ensures everyone who qualifies is fully trained to the highest standards," said franchise development director Chris Allcoat.
The first courses at the Warrington site will begin on 10 January 2005. The 200m2 site is fully equipped with all the latest equipment that the franchisees will be called upon to maintain, service and supply.
"I'm grateful to the leading suppliers such as Ideal, Babs, Renz and GMP who have helped provide some of the equipment," said founder Ted Girtchen, managing director of Leeds-based Paper Presentation Products and Services.
Paperfix was launched at the National Franchise Exhibition earlier this year.
