The Strasbourg-based company picked the automatic machine for its 1.6x3.2m format, substrate flexibility and environmentally-friendly water-based inks.
It has also allowed the business to achieve quicker turnaround times, including producing 300 2.3m high corrugated cardboard units within two days.
"The FB6700 was the obvious choice when we decided to move to digital printing," said Pankarte PLV chairman Michel Hartman. "Its ability to print small runs on a large range of substrates, excellent print quality and use of environmentally responsible water-based inks were factors in our decision."
