Pangbourne will tell the conference, which occurs in Helsinki from 7-10 September, about the NETs experiences of funding and its aim of promoting literacy.
The NET, based at West Ferry Printers in London Docklands, has allowed around 11,000 primary and secondary pupils to write and design their own front pages since its launch in 95.
Its supporters include the Telegraph Group, Guardian Newspapers, Sun Chemical and BASF Printing Systems.
While were a newspaper project, were unique in being a charity. We are here to promote IT skills and literacy, said Pangbourne.
