Outlaw, previously key account director, said he had felt for some time that our industry needs a new and radical approach to client service, adding: The challenge I now have is to turn my ideas into reality.
Outlaw has worked for the group for 29 years, starting as a letterpress apprentice before moving to roles in sheetfed, web and gravure production.
He is forming a new team at Wakefield-based Chantry with Avril Deakin and Nick Hayward, reporting to managing director Chris Dew.
Group sales and marketing director John Ashfield described Outlaw as an excellent communicator with all levels of staff.
