The Norwich-based digital printer grew its turnover by 15% in the 12 months leading up to March 2008, citing regular kit investment and a focus on customer service as the primary reasons behind the positive results.
OTW managing director Darren Marsh said: "We have a dedicated programme of investment that has helped expand the business and, when we get some new kit, we make sure we shout about it."
The digital printer offers a range of services, including display graphics, point-of-sale material and pop-ups.
Marsh added the company had always been strong on its approach to customer service.
"We've got a great retention rate; we still have nine of the customers we had 11 years ago when we started," he added.
The 10-staff business, which has grown its turnover from £485,000 to £1m in the past five years, counts companies such as TK Maxx, Chapelfield, Busseys, Roys of Wroxham and Archant among its client base.
