Danijel Karadza started in the newly created role at the Leicester-headquartered group last Tuesday (6 April).
With 15 years of experience in senior client management, strategy development and sales generation, Karadza will use his experience to further enhance client relationships at senior level, enabling Opus to support the digital ambitions of its clients.

Opus Trust recently secured a five-year contract with Water Plus to be its sole provider for customer bills and other account information and updates.
The business has also recently won a new three-year contract with online retailer Freemans Grattan Holdings (FGH), which went live in November.
In late 2019 the group acquired print and mailing business Critiqom. It followed that in summer 2020 with the takeover of customer communications management specialist DocCentrics.
The business also invested £4m into its internal IT functions last year, and became the first UK company to join Quadient’s ‘Digital Now’ programme.
It currently employs 187 people across its three sites with a combined turnover of £44m.
