"We print litho, but we also have large- and small-format digital, screen print, variable data, design and outsourcing of non-printed items," said Imagedata chief executive David Danforth.
"We needed a robust system that would cope with all that we are today and all that we want to be in the future."
He added that Optimus’s estimating tool, Calc, was flexible enough to enable the company to automate more processes.
"Imagedata Group is part of a new-wave of media companies that Dash was designed for," said Optimus sales director, Steve Richardson.
