The company provides independent postal advice and management, and the accreditation is the latest in a number of green initiatives undertaken by the company.
It has implemented a strategy to reduce its impact on the environment, which supports the green initiative it launched last year. This aims to reduce wastage and encourage recycling of direct mail items.
The company has also hosted a series of seminars that discuss a range of environmental issues that affect the direct mail industry.
Managing director Graham Cooper said: "We are extremely aware of our environmental responsibilities and are to have achieved the ISO 14001 standard."
Onepost is also working towards the DMA’s recently launched environmental standard PAS 2020 which has been developed by the BSi British Standards.
