The solvent inkjet range, which includes the ColorPainter H-74s and H-104s, will be sold through Océ's Display Graphics Systems division.
Seiko's 74in and 104in models can print at speeds of up to 55sqm per hour in eight-colour operation, while both printers can outlay at up to 100sqm in four-colour mode.
Both machines also use eight superwide piezo inkjet heads, which can print at resolutions up to 720dpi.
Bron Curley, managing director of Océ UK, said the Seiko range will be an important addition to Océ's portfolio, adding that the deal "fits well with our strategy of exploring opportunities to enter into new partnerships".
Jeff Biggs, managing director of Colourgen, which also distributes the machines in the UK, added: "We are delighted to welcome Océ as a reseller of the new Seiko II ColorPainter H-Series range. Océ is without doubt one of the leading digital document and printing solutions providers in the UK market."
