The move by the wide-format ink-jet printer firm addresses issues that some UK wide-format printers have reported regarding the level of support and the number of new machines the firm has installed recently.

Michael Parker joined from rival firm Vutek, while Ashley Deeks has joined from another press supplier.

They are based in London and Birmingham respectively. Their roles will cover installation, training maintenance and technical support.

They join UK-based application specialist Sean Gunn and will work with Nur's customer support centre in Belgium.

They will also provide support to printers with rival firms' wide-format equipment who decide to switch to Nur's Excite range of inks.
