Areas including foil stamping, letterpress printing, embossing and engraving will be discussed at the webinar on 7 May 2009.
It will be hosted by PaperSpecs, and will include advice from US print expert Stuart Slater, who has 30 years experience in the industry.
Discussions will look at how to approach these techniques, when to use them individually and when to combine them, how to prepare files and what substrates are best suited for each technique.
Slater will review the basics of each process and its limitations, discuss the costs of dies and how they're made, as well as sharing his insights on the techniques.
