The firm has developed a version of its file-checking software, Asura, aimed at small and medium-sized newspaper printers.
Asura Smart checks and corrects PDF, EPD and PostScript files and converts them into production-safe EPS data files.
OneVision will also present the latest versions of its Asura 5.1 and Solverno 5.1 software, which are both able to process and output PDF-X/1a:2001 and PDF-X/3 for the first time.
OneVision vice president of sales Andrew Scott said it was important for players in the newspaper market to embrace any new technology to assert themselves in economically challenging times.
